There are many people who have been to a qualified ophthalmologist or neurologist for their eyelids twitching, or have note that this phenomenon has occurred to them at some point. This twitching, usually diagnosed as a blepharospasm, is a fluttering of the eyelid, (usually lower), uncontrollably for a few seconds to several minutes. Considering that there is not a problem with your eye, or some other major issue going on, this is just another sign of stress, usually from the adrenal glands being taxed out. Stress is treatable through lifestyle change and by addressing any glandular imbalances. Dr. Barry Swindler can help you understand the glandular system, and how to relax your taxed adrenals.
